The initial design renovation and opening of St. Albans Tap, Mad Squirrel’s flagship taproom, was a major project in which I played a key and wide scoping role. I was centrally involved in the interior, exterior and service design of the outlet and acted as an assistant manager in the implementation of these design decisions.
